1:1 PM interview prep with a working payments product manager. We practice the rounds you will actually face — product sense, metrics, estimation, and behavioral — and I give you direct feedback so you know what to fix before the real interview.
Who it's for
This coaching is for candidates getting ready for product manager and senior PM interviews. That includes people moving into PM from engineering, design, analytics, or consulting; current PMs interviewing for a level up; and candidates targeting payments or fintech teams who want a coach who has shipped in that space. If you have interviews on the calendar and want focused product sense interview coaching, this is built for you.
Format
- Free 30-minute consult. We review where you are in your process, look at the roles you are targeting, and decide what to work on first.
- 60-minute paid sessions. Each session is a mock of one interview type, followed by feedback. You leave with specific notes on what to change.
- Remote and flexible. Sessions run over video between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM Pacific. Book one at a time — there is no package to commit to up front.

- Product sense and design rounds. Structure for open-ended product questions, so your answers stay organized under pressure.
- Metrics and analytics. How to pick the right metric, diagnose a metric drop, and reason about tradeoffs.
- Estimation and market sizing. A repeatable way to work through sizing questions out loud.
- Behavioral interviews. Building clear STAR-method stories from your real experience.
- Payments and fintech depth. If you are interviewing for a payments PM role, we can go into the domain questions that come up there.
- Follow-up notes. A written summary after each session so you can keep practicing on your own.
